Run a marathon or half marathon in 25 weeks. A free training guide

by host on March 15, 2010

When I ran my first marathon I was 6’ and weighed in at 193lbs. Six months earlier I was 235lbs and couldn’t jog up the stairs. I had become lazy and could attribute most of my frustrations with life to my disdain about what I had let happen to myself. It was the day after Valentine’s Day that I decided my life needed to change; that was the day I started running.

I didn’t start with the goal of running any particular distance. I just wanted to feel better. But the awesome thing about running is you can fall in love with it. It can, and will, be something you look forward to, a comforting moment of solitude fueled by endorphins that can allow you to hit the reset button on your day.

It’s also a feeling you want to share.  Training for and endurance event doesn’t have to be complicated, however there are some things too know.  I have put together a 13 page beginners guide and an e-course to help anyone who may be interested in the sport.  There are no strings attached, no email sharing or spam, it’s just a sport I love that I want to share.  So sign up for the newsletter and let’s get to running.

1. Sign up for the newsletter here.

2. The guide will be sent to you, followed by a course of emails with some helpful tips and follow up.

Good Luck.
